General
1.)No godmoding first off. I do not want anyone control anyone else's characters. People have made their own characters for them to control. Unless they have allowed you to control them in a joint creation, is a child, or the person is going away.
2.)No OOC fighting. We must all get along. If fights break out I will see personally that people will go to trial and things will get straightened out.
3.)Please be active. I cannot stress this enough. I do not like when people claim they want to come and then do not follow up with their claims. If you know your not going to do what you claim then do not even bother making an account. Its a waste.
4.)No crazy stuff. I do not want the pre-mades gaining powers that they didn't have before and I don't want any gods here. Every character is the same power wise to a level. Rule number 1 people!
5.)Respect. No disrespecting your higher ups (Admins) and do not disrespect each other. Its just bad karma and in bad taste. Well all want to have respect and if we don't get it fighting tends to break out and that leads to rule 2.
6.)Swears. Try not to over do the swears. You may spell them out if you want its up to you. Just do not swear on every post please.
7.)Character's. You can play as many characters as you want. Just make sure you can play them all.
8.)Skills. This is a intermediate to advance roleplay. I do not want to see one sentence for a post. I want some grammar. I do not want some careless posts. Please put some passion behind your roleplaying.
9.)Copying. No copycating. If someone has a picture or a video that they have don't steal it from them. If they have a graphic that you wish to change you must to ask them. If they don't want to let you don't get mad. First come first serve. This goes for names, songs, videos, and pictures.
10.Accepting. You must wait for me to accept your profiles. If you post without my accepting you then you will get a warning and then any posts you have posted will be deleted and you will have to post them again. Hopefully you will be accepted because I will keep doing this over and over until I just ban your annoying ass. (Yes I just swore. I can do that. I made a rule. Check it out if your just skimming =) I don't like skimmers so if you are indeed skimming start over and READ!)
Breeding/Birthing
1.)Breeding. Yeah I said breeding. So what were all animals here. =3 meow... Ugh anyways you can't go nuts. Please try not to do anything to crazy it drives ME crazy when you do so. Young people might join and I'm doubting this is on most of their minds.
2.)Breeding Cont. You must be 21 years old at least for males to breed and 18 for females and get a result. I mean if you like statutory be my guest xD
3.)Birthing. When a someone gives birth they do so in the hospital. I hope you would... Any normal human would... All you demonic non humans do what you want I guess. Oh ghosts can't have children by the way. Twins are possible but I don't want everyone popping out twins ya dig?
4.)Babies. They will be weaned at 10 months and shall start eating solids and yadda yadda. If you wanna get really detailed look up babies or hunt down your youngest relative or neighbor and watch them and their parents for a little bit. Or be quick about it and look it up.
5.)Control. The baby will be controlled by both the mother and the father. Its up to the parents if they wish for others to be able to control the baby.
6.)Laws. Depending on place laws are in place. You won't go killing randomly and I'm guessing the devil won't want you sleeping with angels... So unless you want to spice up a plot I suppose you should want to follow the rules unless you want to die horribly by your superior.
7.)Royalty. Each class will have a 'leader' those leaders will be from made-ups. No pre-mades will be able to take that leader place. No actually place is being ruled over. They just get the title really. Depending on how things sort out a few pre-mades might get a leader name dubbed upon them but its not to be fought over as rewarded. One needs to prove themselves. If you want to get the position you need to prove yourself better then the person who is currently leading.

9.)Forcebreeding: Forcing is a lighter way to say 'you know what I mean' for humans. Its up to the two people. I figure its alright for this to happen just don't become a really good target at this or a wimp or anything. Don't get to graphic or I might have to ban this option.
Leaders
1.)Mates. The leaders don't tend to have them (mates as in lovers) but they can they just won't be listed above. They can brag though and do have the right to help decide things until the leader decides they don't want them anymore or just decides to cut off power rights. Mates (friends) however they can have many of.
2.)Respect. Do not DO NOT! disrespect the leaders. They have the power to smite you (with permission of course but still if you do it enough I might just grant them all might admin permission to kick your annoying behind >.o)
3.)Claiming. You cannot claim the title. The person who is bestowed the title however gets the right to command all the others who are of type. If war does indeed break out I'm guessing that they will lead them unless the group revolts.
4.)Alliances. Alliances are rare among everyone. For this reason I don't want known enemies forming alliances unless its for plotting reasons to kill each other in the end (war) or just to gain something in the end. They need a good (VERY) good reason to join forces.
Fights
1.)Fights. You may fight for any reason but the main reason tend to be for what happens in the anime, females, and homes. Rarely self hatred may fuel a fight. A few characters in anime/manga just might have a grudge against each other and that will fuel fights. perfectly fine.
2.)Judging. There isn't really a need to judge but if a fight breaks out and no one can agree who wins then a admin will be brought in and judge depending on grammar and length of post without powerplaying, auto-hitting, and the like.
3.)Replying. If the person who is being challenged doesn't reply in 3 days without a clear excuse the bounty by default is yours.
Others
1.)Checking. You will come back here every one in a while to see if anything has changed just so you don't get in trouble.
2.)Posting. You will post here and prove that you have read the rules. If you haven't posted here and added something special to impress me to your first character profile then I won't accept it.
3.)Below. The numbers below are for more rules if more are need. Remember check back god forbid more come back.
4.)New Rule. Above I said something about only some can become leaders. Well I figure thats to confusing so anyone can become leaders really. Just trying to stick to that rule as best as we can. This new rule just gives a little more freedom cause it is making me confused xD
5.)Royalty. When making a rank I know I have a character who is a lady but that doesn't mean that I want any Princesses or Gods or anything that is trying to outdo me. Lady's and Lords are ok. Dukes and Duchess are alright too. Just please don't go crazy. I don't want more then two high ranks per person depending.
6.) Show, Book whatever. By default I put show. If its a book and not a show just put the book title. If you want change the title show to book.
7.) If you haven't gotten far enough into a character's history that you can't type a history then you probably shouldn't play that character. History however can be spoofed a little. Not made up mind you just you don't have to be descriptive so you don't spoil things. People who know that characters history won't need to read the history anyways. If they do have to read into the history and want a spoiler then look it up yourself my site it not going to be made into a spoiler site. Any profiles that have spoilers aren't going to be accepted and are going to be deleted on the spot.
EDIT: Screw it just put Excused or N/A for canons. I hope you know well enough of your characters's history and about them as a person seeing you might bump into someone in the same show who is at volume 19 and knows a big spoiler. I will not be held for any major tantrums caused by spoilers.
8.) Disclaimer: I am to be held for nothing and cannot be sued if you find out a major spoiler here. You took the risk. I tried to stop it but if someone was stupid and spoiled it they will get in trouble but I can't stop everything. If its cause of the rule above it might have been your fault as well and if so don't get me involved you should have known anyways. =3 with that said have a nice rping day XD
